  • Hawke's Bay 4200

Patient and visitor information

Central Hawke's Bay Health Centre provides:

  • 6 inpatient beds
  • outpatient physiotherapy and occupational therapy clinics
  • a district nursing service.

Our integrated approach includes district nurses, Cranford Hospice, general practitioners and allied health. This allows us to provide holistic care for patients and their whānau. This is hugely important for patients wanting to stay closer to home.

Where possible, if you are admitted to Hawke's Bay Fallen Soldiers' Memorial Hospital for treatment, you will be transferred back to a ward at Central Hawke's Bay Health Centre for treatment closer to home.

Every case is different and depends on the patient's condition and the type of care required.
